I’m Fatemeh Jamali. For more than 17 years, I’ve worked on IoT products from the first circuit design to manufacturing and deployment.
I’ve seen strong teams spend months building features nobody needed. Through IoTMastery, I help teams choose the right problem before making that expensive mistake.
How my journey began
My IoT journey started with building real products.
I started at the workbench, turning circuit designs into prototypes I could test and improve.
Soon, my work moved beyond hardware. I selected components, wrote firmware and helped take products into production. Then I saw what happened when they reached real customers.

Each stage taught me something different: how to build a product, take it into production and find out whether customers truly need it.
Starting with the technology
I began by designing electronics, writing firmware and building prototypes. Real field problems taught me what a reliable IoT device actually needs.
Building a company from scratch
I helped turn an idea into an IoT business, build a team and move products from early prototypes to production and customer use.
Learning beyond one market
Working with suppliers, partners and customers in different markets showed me how cost, culture and customer expectations can change every product decision.
Turning experience into guidance
Today, I use those lessons to help teams avoid expensive mistakes and build IoT products that work reliably and solve a problem customers care about.

International trade shows gave me the chance to demonstrate our products, hear direct feedback and speak with technology partners from different countries.

Experience becomes more useful when it is shared
Working on real IoT products has taught me lessons that are difficult to learn from technical documentation alone.
When I teach or speak, I share what happened beyond the diagrams: the product decisions that worked, the mistakes that cost time and the customer feedback that changed our direction.
Building, for me, has never been only about products
My work has always been part of real life: long days in workshops, difficult decisions, international events and plans that had to change along the way.
Becoming Nika’s mother gave those experiences a different meaning. She has joined me in workshops and travelled with me to industry events. Her presence reminds me that progress is not only about reaching the next milestone. It is also about learning, adapting and building a life that holds together.
